Michele Reading BBA AMICDA

Leadership-Cultural Coach/Dare to Lead™ Facilitator/Transformation Change Agent/Mentor/Small Business Owner/Board Member

We are living in a world where people are looking to leaders for a change. A change where people matter, they feel supported, empowered, seen and heard.

I have spent my career researching what works when leading people through change. I have committed to lifelong learning that has increased my knowledge and skills in understanding how to support others to develop their leadership skills and develop the culture they want for their people.

I have worked in telecommunications, water, wastewater, energy, mining, education, government and not for profit sector which gives me an insight and the ability to work across multiple industries.

I am a qualified coach and I have been certified as a Dare to Lead Facilitator, Advanced Design Thinking Practitioner and Life Styles Inventory and Group Style Inventory Practitioner. In addition to my previous skills this provides me with a framework that is adaptive, consultative, relevant, data based and focused on people.

In the future I want to continue to make a difference by being connected, compassionate and courageous.  The time is now – and it is for the brave to lead!

I am married to a veteran and have a good understanding of issues they face.
