Returned and Services League Tasmania

Gallipoli Centenary Timepiece

Thanks to a partnership with Western Australian watchmaker, Haigh & Hastings, almost $150,000 will be raised for The Returned & Services League (RSL) national programs. Working with the RSL, Haigh & Hastings has designed 1,000 Gallipoli Centenary timepieces.

Haigh & Hastings, Managing Director, James Ross said for every watch sold, $148.00 will go to the RSL. “We’re honoured to be part of a unique partnership with the RSL and are privileged to help provide funds to key national programs,” James said.

Featuring a sand bezel, the Gallipoli Centenary watch is based on Haigh & Hastings’ M2 Diver. The watch comes with a sand coloured silicon strap and a khaki NATO strap. The wording ‘Lest we Forget’ is above the six numerical marker and a poppy is at the 12 numerical marker. The back of the watch features a silhouette of an ANZAC soldier with a bugle and was designed by well-known military artist, Ian Coate.

Each Haigh & Hastings Gallipoli Centenary timepiece comes in a special edition box and has its own numbered certificate of authenticity. Haigh & Hastings are experienced in the development of bespoke commemorative pieces and last year developed the Special Air Service Regiment (SASR) Golden Jubilee Watch to mark the 50th anniversary of the SASR.

Haigh & Hastings Gallipoli Centenary watches are available in men and women designs and can be purchased from for $648.00.
